  This is pretty much a standard KFC, although it does get bonus points for having American style "order here" and "collect here" sides of the counter. That sort of thing does genuinely speed things up - stuck behind someone in the queue because they've ordered popcorn chicken and they're having to fry more? Not with this system.
  
  Hopefully they'll roll it out elsewhere, god knows the one in Harrow could do with it. Anyway, I had a fillet tower meal... while the burger and fries were fine, somehow I ended up with a diet Pepsi (after saying Pepsi twice and diet not at all). Blam - lost that bonus point again.
  
  Seriously though, it's a clean KFC with a decent number of seats - not something that all members of this chain can claim.

  Compared to most I've been to the food was sub par and dry, staff failed a basic order of 2 hot wings and gave 1 piece of chicken some how.
  
  The staff made my boyfriend uncomfortable by always referring to him as she and his anxiety made it hard to say anything.
  
  The burger and wrap was sloppily and hastily put together and falling apart the instant I lifted it more went on the tray than my mouth

  This store is quite busy a lot of the time but having said that its normally quite quick service. Food is normally hot the only problem with themseleves is the store is quite a long way up the main high street.
